A company may have the best product, the most competitive prices, the best workforce and the best mangers. Certain individuals consider that employees alone can not take decisions only managers should make decisions in the company, while other reckon that employees should be involved in the decision making as employees are main part of company.

Most of the countries around the world are fighting with the diseases from the impurities in air and water. The major reasons of polluting air and water is industry and construction. There are number of solution which can be proved helpful to overcome this problem and I will shed light on these in the subsequent paragraphs.

Finding family history has many benefits. First of all, it is a kind of self discovery, which means, they could get a better understanding of their family history and ancestors. Additionally, due to the advent of science and technology, this assists to find out the possibility of running any hereditary disorders through the family. If any disorders find, this can be either managed or prevented effectively, before it becomes fatal. Finally, this also helps to find out those who are long lost from the family roots and later reunite with them. Thus, it is clear that this mapping of family details brings a lot of information, which can be useful in personal level as well as professional level.

Small family is a norm of the modern life. This has many advantages. Firstly, nowadays, costs of child upbringing is increasing in an alarming rate; therefore, many people prefer to have either one or two children. This is possible as modern contraceptive measures allow them to space between two children or avoid unwanted pregnancies. Eventually, standard of woman have been improved significantly than ever before. Additionally, children can have better facilities and accommodation, when parents have sufficient amount in their hand,due to small family size.

Children spend most of their time in their regular academic activities and with the remaining time they like to spend in front of the screen, which is forcing physical activities to be rare. The causes of this factor can be resolved by minor changes in everyone's life, which are going to be elaborated in further description.

The substantial influence of this trend has sparked the controversy over the potential impact in recent years . This essay will elaborate the views of favouring the positive impacts of studding books for kids in the community and it's leads to a logical conclusion.

It has been known that there is huge correlation of smoking to lung cancer and most cardio-pulmonary diseases in the human body.
