Some people say that advertising is extremely successful at persuading us to buy things. Other people think that advertising is so common that we no longer pay attention to it. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Many believe that an advertisement is totally needed to persuade people to purchase a thing. While for some, an advertisement is no longer necessary because people do not notice it anymore. Although I agree that sometimes people just skip the appearance of an advertisement, I believe that an advertisement is still crucial to inform people about a particular product or brand.

Nowadays, the appearance of the building is playing a vital role in its monetary value rather than the comfort it provides. In my opinion, I agree with the fact that the intended use of the building should be focused instead of its looks. Firstly, when constructing a property, its core use should be prioritized instead of its outward appearance; secondly, the government should pass the basic guidelines for the design of the building.

There is a strong argument saying that the number of cruelty in movies and TV shows needs to be controlled by the authorities. There is a necessity of the authorities to interfere and make regulation about that. In this essay, I will discuss more details about it.
