It is an irrefutable fact that over the last two decades, the socialisation among communities is getting weakened. This trend is mainly due to over-reliance on technology and the lack of community centers. However, there are a number of measures that can be implemented to resolve the issues of socialisation, including the blend of technology with the conventional ways of living, and the provision of adequate communal points.

Several cities of the world are presently facing an extreme housing deficiency. Large number of migration and not having adequate construction skilled people are the major reason behind this. By limiting the number of migrants and diverting youth more towards construction education looks like viable solutions.

Every phase of human life has it's own perks. A part of the population is of the view that teenage is the most amazing part of the human life, while others believe adulthood is filled with rich experiences as well as more pleasure,inspite of increased responsibilities. in my opinion, young age is the merriest phase in lifetime of a human being. In some countries, there is huge disparity between the highest paid jobs and the lowest paid jobs. Every now and then, there is a debate regarding reduction in difference of salaries in jobs. I agree to the statement because it will help to retain employees for long and also maintain uniformity in the society.
