Decision making is one of the hardest things to do in life. Having no options could be difficult, but having numerous could also give you a hard time. Personally, I do believe that in this day and age, there are many options that we can choose from when deciding something, especially in education and food.

In certain nations, individuals prioritize to live in a rental property; however, in other countries, people want to purchase a home rather than renting. I believe although renting an accommodation has fewer merits in terms of small regular expenditure and having the freedom to change boarding house over an own household building, its demerits in the form of constant obeying the rules of landlords and lack of having a sense of personal achievement of purchasing a house cannot be overlooked.
