As this trend continues, in the future, we can expect the number of old people will be much greater than that of young people. However, I believe the rest of the world population would have to shoulder much more responsibilities and the global economy would face a serious labor crisis.

Technology or Books, which is better, on which libraries should focus? Some people think libraries should focus on improving technologies while on the other hand, some people think exactly the opposite of this. They think there should be more books in the library. But in my opinion combination of both will be good. Though libraries should focus on improving technology like there should be e-books in the libraries, also there are many advantages of technology. The information can be stored in lesser space, also you can download e-books from the internet for free. Along with this, it is difficult to manage books which occupy a lot of space, it takes time to search a book in library and you search it easily in a computer if you have e-books.

These days, most of the people tend to stretch their working hours because either the employer demands to do so or they do it to earn overtime pay, leaving hardly any time for leisure activities. While they think it increases their productivity, I believe that it has a detrimental impact on both employee’s productivity and their health.

In certain parts of United States, due to curfew teenagers cannot go out after a particular hour of the night without supervision of an adult. In my opinion, this is justified , as adolescents are too young to keep themselves safe and secure all the times.

In this era, employees, gives a huge part of their life serve to their companies.Retirement is that time when, he or she gets a break from their work and eligible for their pensions which they can get from their companies.Some people believe that the age of retirements should not to be fixed, it should depend on the type of effort. I agree with this argument because in some field people are doing hard job.I will indicate my views in following paragraphs.
