The trend of adopting less children or sometimes not even one has sparked a controversial debate especially in the advanced nations. I think this trend has been brought to by one major factor and In my opinion this decision proves beneficial for parents, there could also be a drawback.

There is no denying that in this contemporary era, there is a disbalance between youngers and elders in holding high statuses such as chief and director. However, the young generation is also being appreciated and suggested to high positions by many people. From my standpoint, even if there is a young generation with high potential, in ruling big companies, experience of old people plays a crucial role rather than other aspects.
