Relationship between children and parents will not be the same, it will change overtime depend on the stage their kids through. In my opinion, parents should transfrom from primary being caregiver to supportive mentors in their adults lives. This role involve offering guidance, emotional support and respecting. The approach will beneficial for parents to have a good relationship with their kids.

In today's job market, some employers solicit personal information from candidates; like marital status and favourite pasttimes. Some argue that these details can be of use as they may provide insights into the applicant's character and routines that could, in turn, affect their performance if hired. Others, however, suggest that individuals' personal lives are irrelevant and useless for employers. Whilst some may claim otherwise, it is clear that these details are important as certain personal preferences are likely to hint as to the way potential employees may perform at work.

In addition, most of the games and apps on the phone are always designed to make people get addicted to them, even adults may fall in love with them and spend lots of time on them. Undeniably, the development of kids spending too much time on smartphones is negative and should be aware by more people.
