Opinions are divided on whether people should compete with each other or whether they ought to prioritize cooperation in certain circumstances in life. Personally, while cooperation can strengthen people's relationships and improve performance in the workplace, I prefer competition as it generates a considerable source of motivation.

There have been contentious debates over what the roots of stress are. If I may weigh in , I am inclined to believe that social media and seeking constantly for approval has facilitated stress to emerge. Our emotions rely on people's opinions. Even though, the vast majority of humans learn how to deal with this feeling, being exposed to other's judgement might be, in my opinion, the main reason that leads to stress.
