What are the possible problems of this and what solutions can you suggest to deal with this issue.

For the past few years, a massive group of professionals like engineers, doctors, and IT have migrated to well-known and civilized countries. Seeking for better job opportunities and enhanced lifestyle. In this essay, I will tackle the issues and possible solutions for this.

In the last few decades, systems of education have attracted in several ways. Many people around the world go to universities to get degrees and prepare themself for future market job. While there are people who think going to educational institutions is a waste of time and effort, there are researchers who think doing degrees is better for community. This essay will argue both views on going to university and I will provide my perspective.

Some people believe that consumers should avoid over-packed products, while others believe that it is the responsibility of the producers to reduce over-packaging of products. I personally believe that while producers can only control the over-packaging of products, consumers can mostly control the packaging of products because if they do not purchase over-packaged products, producers will not be encouraged to manufacture over-packaged products.

Nowadays, many people believe that employees work in one place because they have a desire to collect money for daily needs. I do not disagree with that statement due to there are other perspectives they stay at the same company for a long time.

When adolescents already become university students, they will face two options. Studying far from their hometown, which is requires living at a boarding house, or like those in some countries, staying with their parents since the university is still in the same city. I believe that the benefits of living independently during the study period outweigh the disadvantages.

In modern society, people are offered many options and choices in almost every aspect of life what the food types we eat , careers that we pursue, or what kind of fashion we wear. I strongly agree and I believe that many of the options we pursue have negative effects because this multiple can make people more confused, indecisive, and overwhelmed.

There is a trend to recruit the younger generation ,so the experienced older workers have to prove that they are worthy to continue doing their job, in order to not lose a work position. It is agreed, that significant success can be observed because of the involvement of ambitious young people in workplaces, however, it causes unemployment problems for the older generation. This essay will discuss the main issues of this approach, followed by some reasonable solutions that can be taken.

In my opinion, though both factors are important in influencing our personality, I believe later life experiences have a major impact.
