It is said that investment in railways is more significant than roads. While I believe that both roads and railways are significant, I prefer to agree with investing in railways due to more people can be encouraged to use public transportation and railways are one of the main ways to transport goods.

Increasing housing problem in big city is a social consequences. Some people say that only government can solve this problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, popularity is increasing quickly, especially in developing countries, which leads to the request for accommodation also developing fast. People tend to move to urban areas to work and study because of their utilities, which causes overcrowding in big cities. Some people argue that only the government can tackle this issue. In my view, I partly support this opinion because of the following reasons.

Packages are of tremendous help when it comes to the transportation of goods, and they are even crucial in some products for correct handling. Whilst some people believe that manufacturers and sellers should take care of this vital process, I believe that diminishing the amount of packaging is a task that implies both the consumer and producer.

In this contemporary world, where both men and women are working, it's being a controversial topic that only the male gender is allowed to go outside to do a job, and feminine should stay at home instead of stepping out for the job world. since the first spawn of civilization, accommodation has been a determining factor in regard to individuals' quality of life. Hence, the benefits and drawbacks of different kinds of buildings for living is a controversial matter. Although many people may argue that houses provide better conditions for living, I strongly believe that more prominence should be given to apartments in this particular matter; because of some reasons which will be addressed accordingly in the forthcoming essay.

In modern society , associated stress become an increasingly important issue with students or those who are studying and working . They are compared and influenced by people of the same site, same ability or location, the same group in society is believed to be more successful. This situation does indeed cause certain negative effects, but in my view, they will be overshadowed by an optimistic side .

Nowadays individuals prefer to live in urban areas which gives rise to many issues in their daily routine. There are several problems but the most common ones are accommodation and pollution. However, I believe, that high authorities should take strict actions to tackle such problems like introducing the benefits of living in the countryside because of the clean environment.

In contemporary society, some people think that wealth is the main factor which makes it possible for individuals' well-being, but others argue this idea. Therefore, although some nations are already rich and bring about the addition of economic wealth which increases, citizens in the countries do not feel more satisfied. This essay will discuss both sides of the controversy, and my opinion will be provided.

Old traditional skills and lifestyles are dying due to technological advances. It is a contentious issue. Many individuals believe that it is pointless to put too much effort into saving it. In my opinion, I don’t agree that it’s pointless saving the traditional skills and techniques. In the following paragraphs, I shall explain my point of view and provide supporting reasons.

In recent times, crime novels and TV crime dramas have witnessed a surge in popularity in many countries. This essay will explore the reasons for this trend. As far as my opinion goes, the works of crime fiction and non-fiction are important and should be embraced and celebrated for their significance.

There is a race between advertising agencies in producing commercials leading to a rising amount of content shown in multimedia. Although purchasers can decide based on their will, I fairly assert that advertisement passively affects their intentions to a certain extent. Therefore, the government should limit this development according to the negative impacts it delivers.

Whilst I believe that there are strong arguments on both sides, I would suggest that freedom of speech should be protected in all but extreme circumstances.

Nowadays, the internet, social media apps, and websites easily available to children, create a dangerous situation for them. They should give only limited access to the internet. In my opinion, this is true, I am heartedly in favor of this. In this essay, I will share the reasons with examples to justify my reasons.
