What are the possible problems of this and what solutions can you suggest to deal with this issue?

Nowadays, there is a noticeable trend among highly skilled professionals in developing countries. A significant number of professionals, including doctors, engineers, and IT workers, are opting to relocate to developed countries in pursuit of higher-paying jobs. This essay aims to explore the underlying reasons behind this migration, focusing on salary differentials and career prospects. Additionally, it will propose solutions centered around fostering nationalism and enhancing competitive benefits.
