These days, the pace of life is so fast, that we want to have all the necessary things nearby to spend less time moving between different locations. Therefore, the concept of a comfortable and convenient city becomes very popular. Usually, new districts are designed and built taking into account the desire of future inhabitants to not lose important moments of their lives for routine actions. In this essay, I discuss a few significant facts regarding some urban trends and describe my point of view.
There are many who consider that a university degree will ensure a high-quality job position. However, Others deem strong work background is best way to get success in career. In this essay will argue both opinions and why, from my point of view, obtaining bachelor's degree is the best option.
Instead of attending a class offline at college or university, nowadays many students prefer to choose online learning methods using applications such as Zoom, Google Meet,etc which support this kind of method. As far as I am concerned about this phenomenon, I personally agree that online learning methods also bring benefits as much as attending college or university offline.
In recent days, there has been a car automation development, and it will be the mainstream of vehicles in the future instead of cars that people have to drive by themselves. In my opinion, this progress would have a positive impact on safety on the roads and people’s lives.
Crime stories and TV crime series have become increasingly popular in many countries around the world. This essay will explore the reasons behind this trend. Personally, I believe that they are fascinating, but should be presented from a critical and thoughtful perspective, not as only a pure form of entertainment.
In certain parts of the world, the younger generation is not using their right to vote. This phenomenon may result in younger people being apathetic toward politics and election results that do not reflect public opinion, and the most viable solutions are to educate younger people about the importance of voting and incentivize them to vote.
Fossil fuel has been used by humankind as the source of chief energy for hundreds of years, but it is considered a non-renewable resource, which means that one day their reserve will deplete due to persistent exploration to meet human daily needs in various activities.
Some people argue that a career is very essential in one's life, thus they need to allocate more time to their work, while others argue that people need to spend more time with their loved ones. I believe that people should invest more time with their family and friends rather than focusing on work.
Financial sources of some places such as Hong Kong, and Japan are highly dependent on their tourism industry. It is believed to be beneficial to the countries but on the other hand, it may also bring some drawbacks to the community.
In educational institutes, different subjects are taught to students so they can work in different areas of life. Some people think that subjects like mathematics and philosophy are a bit difficult for some kids as they can not absorb them easily so, these subjects should not be mandatory. I agree with this statement and will explain my thoughts in this essay.
Some people believe that in the modern world, some specific variants of plants and animals are going to be disappeared and this is a major environmental drawback. However, there is another thought which discusses other more crucial environmental challenges.
When considering the question of fixed punishments versus individual circumstances, there are varying perspectives. On one hand, proponents advocate for predetermined penalties for each category of crime. Conversely, opponents contend that the context of a particular offense and the underlying motivation behind it should always be considered.
The investment done in exploring space has its real costs. Some argue that the money spent on universe discoveries should be prioritized over other socially beneficial aspects that are concerning society today. Personally, I partially agree with the statement and, this essay will discuss some ideas to support my point of view.

The elderly care homes number has increased drastically in the last decades.It is stated by some people that the government should fund these buildings ,whereas others empahasize that individuals should pay for this assesstaince. I firmly opine that both parts should be included.
