In order to facilitate ideal public services, some people argue that the government need to adopt a high taxes system to their citizens. Although high taxes present some benefits, I would argue that the government should pursue other mediums through cooperating with foreign investors.

The old generation will require special care following their retirements, in England, they usually spend time in a retirement village with nurse available to take care of them. I believe that instead of putting the burden entirely to families or the government, both parties should take their parts in financing the costs for the elderly.

There is high demand for tracing back the history of their families in certain regions nowadays, especially in nations which consist of a great number of immigrants, whose descendants are now looking for their roots, with the help of advanced technology. Having siblings has a more positive effect on children than living alone without brothers and sisters to play with, as this enhances the child's social skills which are essential to their growth and development. This led the government to financially aid parents to encourage and allows them to have additional children. Personally, I believe that the proposal made people rethink their options since having an additional child is a personal choice and should not be a form of bribery.
