Some people think that the best way to deal with this problem is to introduce more physical education lessons in the school curriculum. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

These days, being overweight becoming a real issue in our community. This happens due to many reasons, one of them is increased stress levels. Some believe that giving information about physical education in school will help mitigate the problem. In this essay I will discuss whether I agree or disagree.
