Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

More and more people nowadays are considered to suffer from a lot of health problems because of consuming too much sugary food. In this circumstance, many people argue that products containing high levels of sugar had better be made more expensive to make people consume them less. From my personal point of view, this solution is completely reasonable due to two essential reasons.

It is certainly true that with the proliferation of tech media, we have noticed major changes in our life.Nowadays farmers are inspired to use advanced methods in agriculture to increase their production. Some people hold the opinion that food which is genetically modified is beneficial for society, while other asserts that it has detrimental effects on our health. This essay will substantiate both views with my own opinion in the upcoming paragraphs.

Advancement in technology has brought many changes in the field of automobile. In the course of time, all vehicles will be driverless and automated. In my point of view, this has more advantages than drawbacks because passengers can reach the destinations on time and safely without getting in to motor vehicle accidents.

This condition could be tackled with change their private vehicle to public transportation.

In recent years, many people have been willing to learn a foreign language. In my opinion, Most people learn a new language to reach their aims, such as studying and work even making friends.

The reason that most individuals are in debit is due to the overuse as well as irresponsible use of credit cards. Banks should not issue credit cards unless they are completely sure of an individual’s ability to pay back their debits. To what extent do you agree with this?

There are a number of people who are trapped in a debit obstacle due to the over-used of a credit card. Many debt cases happen because nowadays people can obtain credit card facilities more easily compared to people in the past. Therefore, banks are supposed to be able to verify the owner of the credit card to be in terms of both their income and outcome. If banks can be more careful in verifying, these problems will not occur anymore in the future. Banks definitely have full authority to grant or deny people who would like to apply for their credit cards if they do not have sufficient income to pay for their credit cards. To make it more efficient, banks can require a certificate of ownership like the house or the car from the applicants as the guarantee.

Although people of the older generations didn't practice this, apparently, enthusiastic youngsters all across the globe are eager to leave their country for particular reasons. And it is being debated whether it has disadvantages that far outweigh its disadvantages. Is it, however, a detrimental practice to students?

Road traffic is one of the major problems these days, especially in metropolitan cities. It is often argued that hiking gas prices can possibly mitigate this rising issue that will also reduce the amount of greenhouse gasses being exhausted; however, some folks deny this opinion. From my perspective, I believe that raising fossil fuel prices could be beneficial to some extent; however, we also need to take other steps, which I will discuss in the upcoming paragraphs.

Personally, I completely agree with the statement given and I believe that building partnerships could be another effective measure to achieve community spirit.

Many old buildings are protected by law because they are part of a nation’s history. However, some people think they should be knocked down to make way for new ones because people need houses and offices. How important is it to maintain old buildings? Should history stand in the way of progress?

There are controversial perspectives heating up a debate over preserving old buildings. Some claim that it is worthy to do so due to its importance in national history, meanwhile, the opposite makes a statement that pre-existing buildings which bar from the development route should give their places for new ones. While the latter is valid to some extent, I consider myself an advocate of the latter.
