Everyone has a dream to buy their own home, but, in this capitalized world, rate of lands are increasing day by day. So, I think that purchasing our own home is better than renting home to stable in a country, otherwise, we have to face so many problems. In this essay, I will suppose that the best solution is to buy a permanent residence to prevent from drawbacks of hiring a settlement.

The economic balance between rich and poor has been a long debate since the start of the 21st century. However, I believe that there should be at least a substantial amount of difference between the wealth of rich and poor individuals. This essay explains the reason, why I disagree with the statement. Furthermore, it briefly explains the benefits of creating variation in wealth among different members of a community.
