Some people argue that it is very critical to give friends or parents presents or simple gifts to show them our love . Others believe that there are many different ways to show them that we care instead of giving gifts. In my ,opinion I believe that there are better things to do to show our love rather than just giving presents , and in this essay I will explain why and draw up my own conclusion.

There is no doubt that a teacher plays a key role in the learning process of their students, and teaching effectively is by no means a simple task. It is not difficult, in my opinion, to be both educationally effective and well-liked by pupils, despite the fact that effective teaching requires tolerance, tenacity, and some difficulty. The majority of the time, popularity will help teachers become more successful, and these two traits do not contradict one another. In the section that follows, I will explain how being liked can improve students' educational experiences and why it is not difficult for teachers to be both liked and respected.

An increasing number of students, in reality, need to accept full-time education until they are 18 years old by completing graduation from junior college. That is typical academic learning. As practical experience in recent decades, this kind of full-time discipline makes young adults lack related competencies, such as independent thinking, a wide range of knowledge, and the ability to solve problems. It disagrees that young children continually gain full-time education.

That argument based on the studies shows that teenagers nowadays choose to meet online with others rather than face-to-face communication and in my ,opinion it is a problem caused by the lack of confidence of the recent generation and the habit of staying in front of a computer all time long.

Recently, massive innovative enterprises have grown up fast. These units contain many engineers of different ages. A bunch of artificial intelligence analogous technologies are getting mature so that their advanced products have got CE certification and are being exported to different European countries, like Germany, Britain, Spain, and so on. Thus, a batch of senior professional engineers, who have worked for three decades or more, are eager to be looked upon as core experts for further customers' demands. It entirely disagrees that high-level employees need to be encouraged to quit at age of 55 or over to serve those innovative employers.
