Currently for entering into university have many competitions in recruitment. Although students study hard and develop their minds, they lose their health and fall into depression.

It is thought by a selection of individuals that minors should be motivated to work in well-arranged group activities while others believe that it is better to let them learn by themselves. In this essay, both viewpoints will be discussed before reaching my opinion which is both of them have their own positive elements.

Historically, voluntary work has always been considered a stepping stone that prepares individuals to take on more important responsibilities in the future. That's why employers prefer to hire people who have such experiences written on their resumes. For the same reason, some people hold the view that mandatory community work should be implemented in high school training. I agree with this point of view, and in the following essay, my opinion will be supported by several reasons and rationale.

From my perspective, I agree with the notion that experiences play a key role in shaping an individual's character over intrinsic traits.

The increasing number of unsuitable traffic has made cities become awful places to live and work in. Therefore, I agree that private cars should not allowed to pass in the city centre due to the growing amount of air pollution and traffic jams.

From my perspective, this trend definitely brings numerous benefits that outweigh the drawbacks.
