With the proliferation of digital media, it has become easier than ever to follow international news stories. However, many people still find it preferable to keep up with local or national news instead. In my opinion, both types of news are essential to keep us abreast of what is happening world.

In some countries, people usually say that the young generation is the backbone of their country. At present time the population of the younger generation is more as compared to older people. I am going to explain the advantages and disadvantages in the following paragraphs.

Currently, many undergraduate prefer to research abroad than class in their home country. Although scholar will often struggle with cultural and linguistic challenges while abroad, they will also gain life experience that will use later on in their carrier. In my opinion, course abroad is better for their long-term future despite the problem that they will face.

Be ambitious and know all the rules of a healthy lifestyle: eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, control your gravity, get enough sleep, take vitamins and get at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week.In my point of view,people have succeeded in creating big changes by making small changes every day.The key factor may lie in the science of a healthy lifestyle,as well as maybe even the one that drives us to the drive-thru lane of a fast-food restaurant.
