In most successful organizations, some people believe that communication between managers and workers are the most important factor, other people say that other factors are more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

People assume the most essential key between managers and workers is communication while others believe that there are more essential keys to achieve successful organization. In my opinion, I will support the first idea and the both views will be elaborated in the following paragraphs.

Universities should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

The debate on quality between males and females is argued for decades. Finally, in the 21st Century, people have become aware and sensitive to this issue and accepted the fact that women should be respected and supported in every aspect of life. However, the sex ratio in terms of female students and workers is still not equivalent to the male population but it is rising every year. In this essay, we will discuss that the Universities should accommodate an equal number of male and female students in every subject.

It is true that people prefer to buy products imported from other countries rather than local products. In this essay, I will list all the reasons why locals choose to purchase imported commodities and how to encourage them to eat food produced in their own country.

Although it is sometimes thought that animals ought to be treated with the same rights that human, other people believe that is better use animals than human in different experiments and investigation for satisfying their needs. In my opinion, I consider that testing on animals ensures the safety of humans.

Over the years the outbreak of new diseases have significantly increased and so has the response to it, by the medical fraternity. In order to protect the human race from these illnesses,immunisation is crucial. I believe parents should be enforced by the law to immunise their children. Analysing the reasons such as the absence of knowledge towards immunisation and sheer ignorance by the parents will help bolster this.

I strongly agree with this statement for some reasons I would discuss in the following essay.

Some people are of the opinion that such punishments should be fixed and predetermined, while others believe that they should be different for everyone and must be decided after taking various factors into consideration.In my opinion, for serious crimes, there should be fixed punishments.The following paragraphs will discuss both views and justify my opinion.
