In some countries, small town-centre shops are going out of business because people tend to drive to large out-of-town stores. As a result, people without cars have limited access to out-of town stores, and it may result in an increase in the use of cars. Do you think the disadvantages of this change outweigh its advantages?

Businesses are common in public and central parts of cities which affects the small shops in decreasing their consumer. But why do people choose to travel in crowded places even they are not having cars? In this ,essay I will discuss the positive effect of having cars even it makes the local stores going out for business.

Planning ahead for future is most crucial aspect for human life.A chunk of individuals opines that to reduce stress people should live in the present whilst others are sceptical about it.I;however believe that this approach has its own benefits but they planning for future is more advantageous for a person.

Technology is an important thing in people’s life and it clearly helps us to adapt with the period of development. I disagree with the opinion that, when technology develops in a country, the traditional skills disappear. There are two reasons that I will describe related to this case; traditional skills can combine with technology and traditional skills still have a great position in technological development.

In the twenty first century, we have been witnessed, the number of growing adults are lager than the number of aged populations. Though this scenario has a plenty of advantages, but the disadvantage should not be overlooked.

Bestowing aid to everyone, in this world, is not possible. Owing to this, the ministry should solely concentrate on the local citizens. I accord with this assertion up to a higher extent and pertinent notions will be elucidated further.

Nowadays, there is a contentious issue regarding whether the authorities should provide incentives for factories and other companies to relocate from metropolitan areas to rural sites. In my opinion, the merits outweigh the drawbacks.

Nowadays, the issue of school violence is getting a lot of attention. Corporal punishment is used in schools is in decline, yet it should be used to improve behaviour. I agree with the above opinion.

As a Software Engineer, I develop high-quality software for companies and fulfil the requirements of customers, which are indirectly provided by the upper Management. Sometimes, my management allows me to interact directly with the leaders of other companies. These interactions have been motivating me to go above and beyond my current role and. I feel that this is the right moment for me to expand my business knowledge, develop leadership qualities, and decision-making skills. These skills can be achieved after acquiring the necessary tools and experience by completing my MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology starting as a Manager role and working my way up. Most of the educational institutes these days have provided opportunity for the pupils to get to know different languages apart from their native language. To which, few people opines that children should not be forced to learn different language. I totally oppose this view point and would rather support the schools who takes such initiatives. Myriads of social researchers consider that social activities have many merits rather than demerits to companies and the business area should make money and social responsibilities as well. Learning new language from an early age is the main subject of many debates. while teaching overseas language is easier for students at primary schools than secondary schools, it has got a few negative points. This essay will highlight its benefits and drawbacks of teaching a foreign at primary schools. I believe that its advantages are far more than disadvantages.

All cars that burn fossil fuels should be banned and electric cars should replace them. Do you agree or disagree?

Total Vehicles that are running on city roads, that uses petrol and diesel as fuel, should not be allowed and prohibited for its use, and instead most efficient and environmentally-friendly electric cars are used. I total agree that those vehicles that run on conventional fuel, should be expired from their use and modern vehicles that work on Electric batteries can be instead used. In the forthcoming, paragraphs I will explain in detail why transport vehicles that use traditional fuels should be forbidden.
