One of the current issues that many people of today's society are very concerned about is environmental pollution. In recent decades, there is a gradual increase in waste which is one of the main causes leads to environmental pollution. In the following paragraphs, the causes of this matter would be analyzed and some possible solutions would be suggested.

In this fast-paced world, it is normal for many experienced employees around the world to relocate themselves to various companies rather than stick with one organization. This essay will discuss why this might be the cause and how the company could have done to keep their crew.

Recently, in some cultures, parents encourage their children to work hard for achieving anything in their lives. This crucial part of upbringing in some cultures has two dimensions which include a constructive way for the future of children and a demoralizing way for their futures. The positive side of this process may lead to making children independent, and the opposite side may be rewarded with underestimating the reality of problems (Toxic positivity) in their lives.
