The below two diagrams illustrates the current layout of a university and the proposed layout plan after it will be revamped. Overall, there will be a huge expansion in the university building, which will include the construction of a new leisure pool, sports hall, another changing room in the west along with a sports shop, two dance studios side by side and a café to the left of the entrance.

Of course, there are compelling arguments on both sides of the divide. In this discourse, notwithstanding, these two standpoints are looked into, and subsequently, my own point of view is advanced.
