In recent days, there is a war of words regarding the issue that whether people should retire at a certain age or they ought to work until they want. A bunch of personages claim that employees should be allowed as much as they want to work in that position. In my opinion, although it might have some negative Consequences, I strongly believe that the advantages can outweigh the disadvantages.

This is a negative development because small shops are the only source of income for poor people and customers have to travel a lot to buy daily used products.
