Some people believe that companies have to focus on employing staff who have initiative in work and are able to solve any problem independently nevertheless, others argue that they are responsible about recruiting folks who have been made for team work so as to pursue instructions. In my point of view employing people who are best for team work can bring major profit for the company.

Recently, an increasingly number of young adults tend to have vocational trainings, while the others choose to pursue their higher education in universities. Obviously, people will gain more professional knowledge and specific trainings, as well as have an income, while working for a company. However, one of the main disadvantages is that they might face difficulties of getting promotion without a higher degree certificate from a university. In my opinion, young people having on-the-job trainings at work is still much more beneficial than learning in universities.

It is the editors' choice that select what to announce on the media or even what to write on local newspapers. This is due to the fact that their firms are owned to the people who are in power who hire news editors percisly. Although authorities claim that news always reflect current events, they intentionally reveal the bad news so much that citizens became accustomed to them in my opinion. That is why it is crucial to report more good news to decrease public anxiety.
