In many countries, the majority of individuals choose to rent their residences rather than buy them. In this paper, I will explain the benefits and drawbacks of renting homes.

In current progressive and modern society, we have myriad types of families. In many cases, the parents advise young adults to leave their family homes to explore the world by themselves. However, some parents insist that youngsters should live in the safety of their parenthood. Some causes of this dilemma are economics or personality growth. Although both sides have their merits, we need to discuss them before concluding.

The government have laws that stop the sale and use of illegal medicine like heroin and cocaine, but there are drugs that people are still allowed to have such as tobacco and alcohol. In my opinion, similar laws to the former should be practised with the latter.

Everyone lives in national countries to gain the development work possibility; meanwhile, numerous office places decided their staffs can work from home for commonplace reasons. This essay will demonstrate a variety of government opportunities from transportation and technology of residents to concise virtual applications, external advantages and important travellings.

The environment keeps being ever-shifting in adverse ways due to the development of human activities. Most notorious, global warming is caused by urbanization. For instance, people have exploited diesel fuel for decades, and tons of carbon dioxide have been created. As a result of it, the average temperate climbs continuously. The worse is that deforestation seriously happens, which makes the carbon dioxide less absorbed, in a bid to maximize the usage of the land. In the end, the higher sea levels rise, the more wildlife extinct.

It is true that nowadays, youngsters are more willing to choose the farming industry as their major. In my opinion, people who select to work in the farming industry have had a futurist perspective. It is thought by some members of society that an agriculture major will have a brighter future compared with other fields. In this essay, I will explain some main benefits of choosing this field.

There is a dilemma that children should be encouraged by their parents to attend gang activities in their spare time while it is thought that teenagers ought to learn how to spend their time when they are on their own. This essay argues both these approaches regarding how children should act whether in a company or by themselves. In my opinion, being part of well-organized group actions is better than being isolated from others.

In today’s world, there have been enormous investments in the technology industry. Space science has been the most popular and expensive field. However, there is a debate regarding the spending amount of money since people believe that this money can use in other fields which give more benefit to humanity. I completely disagree with this opinion.

Also, most old folks are engaged during their youthful days. However, I believe that if most of them can create time from their busy routines to exercise, meet new people and maintain relationships with family it would reduce loneliness.

People's attitude toward environmental problems plays an extremely important role in the coexistence between humans and natural creatures. Although it is true that some measures are too late, I still support that humans can resort to some effective solutions to make our ecological environment better.
