While this trend can greatly persuade certain individuals in order to effectively manage, some believe that it can negatively impact others. This essay will agree with the former as it is definitely beneficial to the financial status of their staff while there are better ways to inspire their workloads.

I am in two minds about this statement, however, I am sure there are better opportunities for employers to motivate their employees.

In this modern era, we are facing some serious issues with regard to the loss of biodiversity and the extinction of many types of creatures as a result of the gradual damage of the ecosystem by humans. There is a wide range of different reasons including mass deforestation and overuse of energy resources that could be partly remedied by decreasing the development of road infrastructures and breeding plans to save endangered species.
