In today's time, the overall health of human beings is deteriorating rapidly because of their inactive lifestyle. People are glued to their phones and rarely spend their time outdoors. While a number of people feel that the general health of the public can be improved by adding extra sports amenities, others believe that more measures like health awareness programs would also be required. I agree with the latter point of view mentioned here since opening new arenas for physical activities would not guarantee fitness.

The transition from a high school student to a university undergraduate can be stressful.You are considered grown-up all of a sudden.Not only do you carry documents and luggage to the college,but you shall carry the baggage of "expectations" too.You are forced to meet the standards set by society.Some find this change stressful and unbearable.For them,for every budding aspirant for that matter,I strongly recommend taking a year off,and either working or travelling.You might find it absurd but it does wonders for your growth.To support my statement,I will be listing a few of the many advantages down below.
