IELTS Topics: Number 6. Some people believe that elderly employees are more useful to a company, while others believe that young employees are better. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

There are separate about 2 sides opinions, one believes elderly employees are the highest performance for a company, and the other one thinks that young adult employees are better than the last generation. Personally, age can not determine the performance or abilities of one person. So, I totally disagree with both sides.

Today, the world is changing with myriads of technological advancements in every business sector. Technology has changed the Shopping industry to a larger extent. However, some people hold a view that modern technology invading the retail industry has some negative effects, while another group of people believes that technology in shopping has made their life easier. I agree with the latter view and subsequent paragraphs will elaborate on my answer further.

In the competitive era, life has become a race for youngsters. They are highly influenced by their co-workers or batchmates. Peer pressure is mainly evolved due to the wide use of social media. Although it has certain benefits, I believe that we cannot ignore the consequences which often get suppressed under the shelter of its advantages.

With the spread of modern technology in our daily lives, it is claimed by some people that in this era, our children do not need to learn to handwrite anymore. However, I tend to disagree with this point of view. I will then explain my perspective on the argument, and why I believe learning handwriting is still necessary is the reality because this can bring unique advantages.

It is important for children to learn the different between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extend do you agree or disagree.

Timely learning about the importance of ethics is essential for juveniles. In this process, a certain extent of spanking should be provided so that they can differentiate it well. I, strongly agree with this statement because they will develop it as a habit which in turn decreases the crime in their later life.

It is widely recognized that crime is a perennial issue that every society faces. One school of thought holds that sensationalized crime scenes in the media can have an adverse impact on the public. From my perspective, I concur with the idea of restricting explicit crime-related content as exposure to this type of information could be attributed to some dire repercussions.

At present days, the utilization of robots is becoming prevalent in households as well as at the workplace. In my opinion, I believe that this trend brings more beneficial outcomes than negative ones.

With rapid technological development, driverless vehicles are becoming a reality, and within a couple of decades, all cars will run without the intervention of a human driver. I believe that driverless cars will bring far more benefits than possible drawbacks they have.

There is no denying that English is the most significant language in the world because of the globalization of the earth. Moreover, people who do not know to speak this language, try to learn as a second, even if they do not use it in their daily lives. The advantages of learning English outweigh the disadvantages around the world because of being used as a global language.

Some are saying that it is a good thing if you are socialising with your colleagues outside of your working hours. while others argue that keeping private life private is the way to go forward, although socialising with employees will be helping them to be more productive in their job, but, keeping them out of your personal life will make you more relaxed to live a stress-free life.

In recent decades, so controversial is the topic of taking measures to manage the financial gap between the upper and lower classes of societies, that economists even have introduced a special indicator for measuring it called the Gini ratio. Among a variety of economists' approaches toward this problem, I am interested in heterodox economists' belief that such a gap could lead to exceeding instability in social aspects of communities so governments should balance the opportunities to mitigate possible consequences.
