Nowadays , everyone wants to make a proper balance between their work and personal life , however,only a few folks become successful to achieve it .There are a plethora of reasons , which is restricting them to make their life happy and peaceful. This essay will discuss a few of them and their possible solution can be suggested too.

Many humans claim that the current period in history is the best generation to live in,considering the advanced technologies and development in science. ,Yes I agree with the point that it has been the greatest duration of life. There are some debates about focusing on today than tomorrow for both countries and individuals. The rapid increase of supermarkets in some parts of the world has overshadowed local businesses' ability to compete. While some hold the view that this trend can lead to the extinction of local communities, I disagree with this assumption for two main reasons. First, the expansion of supermarkets and department stores will provide alternative jobs for those who will lose their occupations. Second, this pattern of development will create a window of novel opportunities for the community.

Traffic congestion is one of the most serious issues which almost every city has to face. It seems to me that private vehicles are increasing day by day. The use of public transport is the most effective way to overcome this problem. There should be a separate pathway for cyclists and pedestrians to cross from one side to another side.

The importance of punishment in juvenile crime has become an increasingly debatable topic in modern societies, with conflicting views on whether children themselves or their parents should be punished. One school of thought endorses that children who have been an offender of a crime should be penalized, in sharp contrast skeptics argue that on behalf of them their parents should be got punishment. This essay discusses both sides of the argument and draws a logical conclusion in the end.

Today, there are some who consider the loss of plant and animal species to be the biggest problem a big problem. But there are also some who argue that the new environment is a bigger problem. In my opinion, I do not completely agree with any of the ideas because of the environment and some species of plants. and animals are both very important factors and roles in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem.
