Some people decided to have children in their late age than in the past. Why? Do advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Modern society has seen a declined willingness of young people to have a baby. Distinguished from their parent and grandparent generation, the young are far more likely to postpone their plans for a kid. This behaviour, though is divergent from what the old generation holds, nevertheless brings the young population more advantages than disadvantages. In this article, I will first analyse why the young choose to have kids late nowadays and then explain why the pros outweigh the cons.

In some nations, buying a home is prefered over renting one significantly. It might be in order to have a home from own could make citizens far from the stress of moving or other stressful conditions, which I find more helpful and positive rather than renting an accommodation.

Large cities are usually populated with new immigrants who come in search of a job or in the hope of building a new life for themselves and their families. Apartments and condominiums offer a convenient place for bachelors and families to live. While there are several advantages to this situation, there are a few disadvantages. In my personal opinion, there are more merits than demerits to the same.

In my opinion, the advantages of tourism are far more despite having some disadvantages.

There are a large number of science-related experiments based on testing on animals in recent decades. I believe that some of those are easy to justify because of fighting diseases, and there are also substitutes to animal testing that will be introduced in this essay.
