Some people argue that to decrease the crimes, a long prison sentence is the best way while other people believe that this may not be as effective as we think.In my opinion, to reduce crimes, we should try some alternative ways rather than those kinds of sentences.

Some people argue that it is preferable if the majority of people who are gainfully employed operated from their houses, rather than driving to their offices always. I strongly affirm that the merits exceed the demerits of this claim, and will state my reasons in this essay.

Nowadays, employers are being criticised for selecting candidates based on their academic qualifications. Many people claim that personal qualities are being ignored by the selectors and the entire interview process is focused on academics, so, people want selectors to consider personal skills to hire. However, I do not agree with the statement and in my opinion, certain jobs need subject knowledge and without that, they cannot perform well.
