Discuss both views and provide your own opinion with relevant examples?

The studying programs at schools should comprise of more fundamental disciplines, as some people think, while others believe that students will benefit from knowing special practical subjects, such as motor mechanics and cooking. In my opinion the first approach is better and this essay will discuss both views of the given problem.

In this essay, I will discuss, in the first paragraph, how it would be feasible for the government with the support of levy paid by the community and in the second paragraph, the needfulness of huge infrastructure and a large number of efforts which are only within the reach of government fundings.

I strongly oppose this view and I believe that communication and supporting one another can benefit both parties and eventually put an end to this problem.
