In this day and age, how governments utilise their financial fund is a controversial topic that often divides opinion. While some people believe that authorities should use the country's finances to upgrade the public transportation system, others argue that there are plenty of problems that need tackling when doing so. This essay will discuss both sides of the argument. In my view, the national funding should be spent equally on various sectors.

Rules and laws are basic contributors to maintaining a society's order and efficiency, so some people argue that individual behaviours should be restricted under their frame. Children are the most valuable resource in the world and hope for the future, so their proper nourishment is essential for every parent. It is often claimed by the public that guardians should take care of the infants and they should be penalized for any misconduct. Hence, they will contribute to the bright future of mankind. However, others think quite the opposite. I partially agree with this notion, so I am going to talk about both aspects in the upcoming paragraphs.

My opinion is that developed societies should share these resources with poor states, and I will try to give information about this perspective in this essay.
