In this day and age, health ,education, and trade has become an integral part of poorer nations and it has been exerting a profound influence on their economy. Yet when it comes to whether the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping poorer nations or not. I will give my own perspective is that the governments need to help these poorer areas.
