Nowadays, what is the best way to solve increasing traffic and pollution problems is a controversial topic. Although I can understand the rise in the price of petrol is effective to some extent, I disagree with the idea. I tend to agree that it is a country's own responsibility to take care of its own people regardless of their financial status.
