In my personal opinion, this act should exist because it is a necessary and crucial role in saving our planet from problems which we collide nowadays.

In recent years, building reconstructions are widespread in old urban areas. There are multiple reasons for these renewals including enhancement in cities appearance, strengthening outmoded buildings and improvement in the efficiency of residents. Whereas, some people consider these activities impractical and therefore they believe that it is better to demolish buildings completely and re-build new ones. I personally disagree with them and in the following I will explain it.

Some public supposed that advanced technology would change our daily life. Due to the enlargement of these problems, it is said that governments should tax private car owners heavily and employ the money to mitigate public transporting long. In general, this action has many advantages and disadvantages that might influence the outcome efficiency.

It is often argued that helping people all over the world seems infeasible; therefore, the government should meet their own individual’s needs.
