In the modern world with the improvement in medical treatment and better nutrition, the human’s lifespan has significantly improved. while this is good news, the problems may be caused in some cases for both persons and the community. The causes of this appear to be focused on two areas and a number of solutions appear to be possible.

A matter of considerable controversy in education is the issue of whether only the students having outstanding academic performances should be rewarded, or those reflecting better improvement. While I accept that pupils who have achieved the highest score deserve rewards, I am more convinced that praising learners whose scholastic achievements were improved significantly is more persuasive.
