One of the heated issues is colleges should accept equal numbers of men and women in all majors. From my perspective, I do not agree with this because nowadays subjects that pupils pleasant to study do not depend on the number of males and females.

It is often argued whether the governments should play a role in making decisions regarding individuals’ lifestyles or the choices are up to people. On one hand, it is compulsory for governments to step in, in order to prevent people from performing dangerous actions. On the other hand, people should also be responsible to make decisions that are beneficial for them.

In today’s society, it is been controversial that some believe it is better to live with friends who have the same set of attitudes while others believe it is better to listen to the disagreements as well. I agree that sending children to single-sex seminary can lead to some pretty severe disadvantages later in life. Human society exists as a dipole with males and females having to play equal roles, and the segregation of the sexes in the hall can hamper young individuals later in their lives.
