At the present time,the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults , compared with the number of older people. Do the advantges of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

In the current world, there are some countries whose population is skewed to younger generations, such as Saudi Arabia and some African countries, whereas most of the developed countries, particularly in Asia, have much larger number of older citizens. There are both pros and cons to have greater younger adults ratio, however I believe its merits outnumber the demerits.

Although some employers believe that by providing benefits, such as membership in gyms, you can't motivate your employee to become healthier and more productive at work, I genuinely consider that situation is opposite because implying healthy habits can be demanding and numerous people struggle with it, however, it can build self-discipline which is a major of successful work.
