In today's fast-paced world, customer furnishings have attained a significant role in people's living. There are various merits as well as some demerits of using buyer property and their impact on society which are discussed in this essay.

It is a well-known phenomenon that electronic means of transactions such as credit and debit cards are replacing traditional physical currencies. This essay will not only explain the benefits of electronic cards such as the convenience of shopping, but it will also elaborate on their drawbacks related to security and hackers.

In my opinion, although commercialism has both positive and negative effects, still its advantages outweigh its disadvantages.

It can not be denied that the advent of the information era has given birth to a society where every individual shares relatively common education resources online. Such an idea leads to an assumption that in some cultures, children are told that they can be successful based on their efforts. However, as far as reality and individual well-being are concerned, I hold the view that it brings more harm than good.

These days, newly married couples are very clear and plan well on almost all matters including when to bring kids into their lives. This new thought process is catching up and let me share my view on the possible advantages.

Nowadays self-employment percentage has been drastically increased comparing with the salaried employees. Multiple reasons are there for these changes. Firstly, the people had chosen this because of their work-life balance and as well as self-employment also has an equal amount of backlogs.

The working hours differ from person to person, which is dependent on their profession. Some occupation needs more working hours for better output, but others need only some quality hours for a good result. To sum ,up people can spend time on extra activities. Nowadays, it has been common that many tourists have a tendency to visit situations, which is really dangerous and difficult to deal with like going to Antarctica, however, there are some merits and demerits for visitors. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I shall explain.

In the old days, there were only several newspapers from where people could get their news. Nowadays, however, social media platforms on the internet have become the main source of news. Although this trend enables individuals to stay up to date with the latest events while communicating with their friends, it has a number of disadvantages like illiteracy and widespread fake news from unreliable sources. Therefore, I personally believe that this is a negative development. The following paragraphs will highlight my opinion in detail.

The human population is rapidly increasing these days in many countries such as China and India etc. The overpopulated countries face a problem “spaces to build apartments and houses for their new citizens”, and new buildings’ location is becoming a discussable question. Now I will discuss the situation of increment in population and explain why I prefer the houses should be built in the suburban area than in the cities.
