In some parts of the world, elders instruct youngsters they can attain any goal, only if they put in a significant amount of effort. At first, this may seem to be a piece of excellent advice, but upon careful analysis, one may find a few drawbacks too.

It is hard to deny that an increasing number of youngsters accounts for the overall population, which tends to impose a financial burden on society. Such a phenomenon leads to an assumption that its weakness outweighs its strength. However, as far as societal progression and well-being are concerned, I firmly believe in the opposite.
