In many cities the construction of new houses and office buildings is not controlled. This leads to people building in whatever style they want without thinking about design. Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?

In recent years, there is a trend that people would like to build their own buildings in different styles based on their preferences. Some communities think without controlling the design may bring some drawbacks, in my opinion, however, benefits are valued over the disadvantages.

Living in an apartment instead of a university dormitory has advantages and disadvantages.

Having the desire to get higher studies, students usually go abroad or to other provinces, where they have to stay either in the universities provided accommodation, or they can find their own private room outside the university campus. Both scenarios have their own pros and cons, I'll discuss them in the upcoming paragraphs.

Education is becoming more accessible these days ,however there are many adults who are illiterate. They seem to have a low chance of getting hired and struggle to get information from specific sources due to their inability to read or write. As for governments, they can help them by providing short-term educational services.

Although the prices of fuels have greatly increased over the last decade or two, it is argued that further increases in fuel prices are the only way to reduce world consumption of fuel and lessen pressure on the world's fuel resources.

Nowadays, the use of fuels has increased in almost 20 years and it can be argued that increases in fuel prices are the sole choice to diminish world consumption of fuel and reduce pressure on the world's fuel resources.I firmly believe that it is not the only way to lessen the consumption of fuel, however, at some points it could be benevolent.This essay will discuss this topic with some detailed explanations.

Nowadays, the number of administering English language tests, such as IELTS, with computers is growing significantly. While taking online exams has some deficits these are negligible compared to the benefits. This essay will explain in detail why the advantages of choosing online-based IELTS do in fact outweigh the disadvantages.

These days, the reception of civilians about their health is becoming better and they always want to find a place where they and their family can relish a healthy life. Whether residents should live in rural or urban areas in order to own a healthy life remains a controversial topic. In my opinion, there are many merits such as boot economy, set up new industries and many others and also has some demerits like killing of wildlife, which I shall discuss in the upcoming paragraphs.

In certain nations, the young population accounted for a larger proportion nowadays, compared to the elderly ones. Despite several merits derived from phenomena as such, I believe there are more disadvantages in the long term.

Making payments by using mobile phone apps has been increasing in terms of popularity. Although this payment technique has some disadvantages, I believe that this development has more merits than demerits.

Hence, we need to weigh whether this matter provides more benefit or the other way around. This essay will discuss both advantages and disadvantages along with relevant examples.

While an increasing number of parents are educating their offspring at home, a prevalent tendency of sending offspring to academic institutions to better their education. Although this homeschooling program can be advantageous, I suppose that families cannot replace school as the optimal educational environment for their children.

A huge number of undergraduates opt for studying at academic institutions that are far away from their hometowns. Although this decision can cost students a certain amount of money at first, I believe that such an approach can offer more benefits because it instils a sense of independence in these students.
