In the past when students did a university degree they tended to study in their own country. Nowadays they have morw opportunity to study abroad. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In these past few ,years there is a gradual increase in study abroad due to the scholarships and in some cases free education this is a good thing it will encourage students to study more and become competitive to go do a degree outside of the country additionally some people also think having degree outside the country can add an additional value when going for a job.
