In recent years, in some countries, the youth population has been greater than older people. Many people believe that older people are assets to the nation, who share their experiences with young generations, while others think that youngsters have more energy to boost the economy of the country. This topic will discuss why the young generation is more beneficial for any nation as compared to the old generation.

Considering the price, some people prefer to rent a house than own a house. Moreover, buying a house has disadvantages such as high price and high maintenance whereas the advantages are privacy and investment. Due to this fact, I wholeheartedly agree that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of buying a house.
