In recent years,the number of companies increased rapidly,you could hear more and more friends who said he/she had just resigned from a company and got to start his/her own business, because of the bad environment of the workplace or high pressure on production.This phenomenon makes me wonder what is the real reason behind it,however it is seeming not complicated,then I broadly analyze the appearance through the economy,society and the relationship of humans,and the result in the following sentences:
