Some people would argue that employers have to pay more for managers with third-level education than other employees. this essay totally disagrees with this statement because many workers do a lot of things more than their manager, and they stay late at work or on the work site under sunlight.

Currently, there is a prevailing belief that parents play a pivotal role in shaping a child's development as they grow older. However, an opposing viewpoint exists, suggesting that external factors such as television and friends exert a more profound influence. This essay will examine both perspectives and present my own opinion.

As society advances, people are having more choices than ever before. Some believe that the growing number of options could enrich people’s lives, as people are more likely to do what they want. In contrast, others believe that too many choices could harm themselves. From my perspective, the ladder is more reasonable.

There are widely different attitudes on the issue of whether tobacco should be banned or not. The majority of people would propose that it is their right to smoke and that prohibiting cigarettes would be a violation of their civil liberties: However, my personal view is that tobacco should indeed be made illegal. There are two principal responses.

There is no doubt that during vehicle-free days, private ownership of two-wheelers or four-wheelers is prohibited, while the use of public transport such as buses, cabs, and metros is recommended in metropolitan areas. Although there are both pros and cons, I believe that the benefits of this policy significantly outweigh the drawbacks.

Some believe that success in sport mainly depend on physical health while others claim that being strong-willed is a key factor leading to this success. This essay will discuss both viewpoints and this writer thinks that both of them play a vital role in becoming successful athletes.

Electronic reports facilitate versatility, on the contrary, the latter provides a convenient feeling of reading. This essay will discuss both of these perspectives and give a statement.

A large number of university alumni experience difficulties in searching for their first job in their fields after graduation. This is mainly because of the lack of work experience and impractical knowledge they get from tertiary institutes. There are a number of solutions that can help to improve this situation.

Many argue that competing in a variety of daily environments is a positive, while others feel a focus on cooperation would be ideal. In my opinion, although competition can yield transformational results, it is more valuable to embrace cooperation as a guiding principle.

Students study different subjects in school nowadays, and there is a constant debate about which subjects are more crucial. Some believe that History is one of the most important subjects while others stand for Science and Technology. From my perspective, these two subjects are all crucial for students to learn.

Whilst numerous think that the population should pay for their own medical costs, I believe that the government should provide free healthcare for everyone due to the fact recently the price of drugs and visits to doctors have gone up dramatically.

Have you ever wondered if the rise of digital communication has put a damper on people's face-to-face communication skills? While some say that nowadays individuals seem to have a reduced capability in connecting with and talking to others in person, some believe in the contrary and say that digital communication has heightened our ability to communicate. Personally, I agree with the former and in this essay, I will discuss the reasons to my opinion.

It is not uncommon to see people discussing sports events at any gathering. In fact, it is probably the most discussed topic in any country. However, when it comes to women's sports, we do not see the same level of enthusiasm in people as we do in men's sports.

Whether students' success in studies relies on diligent teachers or students' mindset and dedication towards academics influence their achievements, has become a debatable topic among people. Although good mentors facilitate the learning environment and mentees' thought processes along with determination play a significant role in achieving better grades, I think the cooperative efforts of both parties would enhance the academic performance of students.

It is argued that the primary cause for learning other languages is to travel to or to do a job in a foreign nation while others say that there are other factors to learning a foreign language. I believe that while it is important to speak fluently at work or for study purposes, language is an essential key for personal growth and social integration.

Nowadays, in most nations there are a higher population of young people in comparison with the elderly. While there are some drawbacks associated with having with young population, I believe the main benefits are more substantial.
