There are several factors that motivate people to stay in the workforce, and money is the most important reason/factor. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Many people argued that having a high salary is the main essential reason to keep them motivated to do and stay in their occupation. I strongly disagree with this perspective, and I suppose that job satisfaction and a supportive work environment are much more imperative aspects to maintaining people's motivation for doing their employment.

Many countries are facing several issues and the increasing crime rate is one of them. A section of society believes that life imprisonment is the best solution for this issue, whereas, others opine that proper education and rehabilitation are the proper solutions to fix the issue. In my opinion, punishment should be decided not only based on the crime but also on other factors as well such as mental condition.

There is no denying the fact that the main impact of doing activities with the kids is debatable. From my perspective, I strongly believe that playing interesting activities with the children might aid them to be more creative. Children these days are spending a significant amount of their time watching tv. It is argued that as a learning device, television is not a replacement for books, and it is for this reason that presently boys and girls are lagging behind in education. This essay completely agrees with this statement because, unlike television, books are a source of knowledge and learning only, and habit of reading develops skills of understanding and concentration.

In the modern days of society, it has become a trend to maintain the financial standard & beat inflation to a larger extent. It is also believed that in order to fight the price rise, the father and mother both need to earn. In this scenario, the child's upbringing gets affected. Therefore, one policy has been proposed according to which authorities should give monetary support to the family of very young children so that one of them can take better care of by staying at home. However, the Drafted plan certainly will make an impact, both in positive & negative ways.
