Technology is growing very fast ecpicially in the recent years. Many things such as reading have been facilitated greatly with the use of technologies. In this essay I will address my opinion about if printed books and newspapers going to be replaced to online one’s?.

In particular, some people argue that since the greatest conflicts took place under male leadership putting more women in power positions could help maintain peace. In my opinion, this view is skewed by the fact that the majority of leaders are men, and, in this essay, I will explain why.

On the other hand, another group of people convey that one can gain whatever he wants from his career only when he does not have any boundaries for being pass or unsuccessful owing to his personal strength.
