in some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people why might this be the case ? do you think this is a positive or negative situation ?

All people in the world need a place to stay and live in it and with the continuous development of the ,live the demand for houses is clearly increased. Some society thinks that they prefer the life of owning a home more than renting. In this essay, I will discuss why this situation could happen and the cons and pros of this issue.

Some people say that History is one of the mist important school subjects. Other people think that, in today's world, subjects like Science and Technology are more important than History. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In this day and age, there is a wide belief that the past is one of the most pivotal subjects at school while others argue that scientific and technical fields are more necessary than the past. In my way of thinking, no matter the modern world people live in, the past plays an indispensable role in a school's curriculum. I will give my arguments and detailed examples in the essay below.

Other public believe that the increase in virtual shopping will be the cause for the shops in towns and cities to close. With this, I hold the same view.

While some people believe that adolescent should focus on all subjects at school, others think that they should only spend time on the subject they excel at or has the most interest in. I agree partially that teenagers should allocate more time to the subject they like, but other subjects must not be neglected.

It is being opined that printed books or newspaper will be purchased by nobody as people may download the soft copies of these materials free of cost from the internet. I agree with this statement because this trend is conducive for people in future in terms of increasing better understanding, getting updated news, being able to access and store the data.

The end of the world’s fossil fuel resources and the subsequent changes will be a positive development in society. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It cannot be denied that contemporary society overwhelmingly depends on fossil fuels and products made from them. Linked to this, the end of this epoch should have more positive developments for society and the Earth as well. Therefore, I strongly believe that there is a defensible basis for this argument.

Today, we are still arguing whether our environmental problem is from losing a particular species of plant and animal or there are other important environmental problems. I will be discussing both views and why people think that way along with my opinion.

While some people believe that children can learn things from the internet, and make them study at home , others claim that there is nothing bad in going to school. From my point of view, I agree with the latter view and think that going to school can also bring many benefits to children in many ways. In the following paragraphs, the reasons to support my opinion will be outlined in detail.

Education is a vital factor for every child. Moreover, children have various access to develop their educational qualifications and other skills. wherever some communities argued that only parents have the capability to teach good lessons to their offspring to become a productive member in society while others believe school environment is the best place to learn these matters. This essay will focus on these two views and eventually, I will give my opinion.

Recently, more and more people consider teaching children at home. Therefore, the debate on whether studying at home can benefit children has been heated. As far as I am concerned, pupils can learn some important social skills in school than at home. In this essay, I will outline the pros and cons and illustrate my own opinion.

The needs of various public transportation systems differ from each region and vary with different nations. However, some people from most parts of the world think that government spending on public transportation infrastructures should be largely invested in new railway lines construction to offer very fast trains between cities. There are also many other people who believe that those budgets should be wisely used to improve existing public transport, currently accessed by a large number of citizens.

The safety of citizens in a country is often the most important topic discussed by its constituents. This has led many to argue that the defence budget is the most important aspect of a government's spending portfolio and should overtake social security. I disagree with that statement and believe that these benefits are another way in which governments ensure the safety of their population.

Some adopt the view that the council is believed to be responsible for censoring films so as to stay away from excessively aggressive scenes. Meanwhile, others think that they are as they should be. I will discuss both views of the essay before my view is drawn at the end.

nowadays, there are two perspectives about children, a number of people have beliefs that children have wasted their time and if they want a good job opportunity in the future, they should effort much more than before with using the school course, this essay will check both views and I express my idea about this topic.

In my opinion, I believe that competitive sports are beneficial to younger pupils, although this perhaps makes them have too strong aggressiveness, it helps them create spirits of cooperation.

In this contemporary world, people are becoming busier in their life. Moreover, they do not have a much time to concentrate about their healthy lifestyles and many times they are trying to ignore physical exercises because of hectic work schedules. Although people argued that sports facilities assisted to improve their healthy and physical fitness while others believe it has less benefits on them and have some other methods to follow them to improve public health. This essay will focus on these both views and eventually I will elaborate on my opinion.

Although it is widely known that smoking is injurious to health, many still tend to smoke very often. While some have an opinion that the administration should forbid cigarette usage in common areas, others argue it might limit some folk's privilege. I agree with the former opinion and this essay will elaborate more on my view.
