In recent years, an increasing number of people place emphasis on the ownership of their homes. It is significant for them to own their houses or apartments rather than renting from others. From my perspective, the social benefits behind people's ownership of homes cause this phenomenon, and it tends to be a negative situation on increasing people's strain.

Should education and healthcare be free of charge and funded by the government, or should it be the responsibility of the people to pay for these services? Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Opinions are divided as to whether the governments should be a crucial part in allowing education and health care for free. Despite the fact that there are some benefits if individuals are charged, I believe that this idea brings about much more benefits.

In the world of freedom today, everyone has the option to customize their tobacco mixture and this adaptation may cause severe health effects to the human inner body. However, the consideration of an incursion in the medical treatment rate of smokers has been debatable. Since the lungs and breathing system is the most crucial part of human to perform their everyday life, and these systems are directly affected by cigarettes smoke, therefore, I completely agree with this statement and this essay will show several reasons why the fee of smoker's medical therapy should have risen.

The majority problem of dwell in the oversea where must interact with a foreigner is a language barrier. This trouble is probably the principle of social issues including trouble in real-life. In my perspective, I totally agree in this statement, this essay pointed out at communication with a foreign language and existence in abroad.

It is undeniable that the world at the present time has had changed into the modern life, and many advanced technologies, like televisions, are improved to create the happiness for people, resulting in some people think that watching television is a harmful thing because it can make negative impacts in terms of family time destroying and communication losing. From my point of view, I disagree with this viewpoint for many reasons which will be outlined in the detail in the following paragraph.

Some athletics need to be accomplished in a team and some people believe that it is more beneficial for participants, compared with individual sports. Personally, people could get benefits from both kinds of sports, but in terms of friendship and communicational skills, I prefer team sports.

Folk customs are getting being neglected and starting to decrease by nations. Parents and education centres can give knowledge about their tradition via stories so that their children and family members and students take interest in it. I will illustrate those possible reasons for it and what elder members of the family and education centres can do to children take interest in it and start accepting it.

There is no denying that law enforcement should be strictly carried out against the lawbreakers to ensure public safety but there are many concerned individuals who feel that we should also focus on road infrastructure to improve the road conditions. I completely agree with this statement, and in this essay, I will discuss some of the problems associated with this issue and propose some solutions.

Individuals have become enabled to travel to any destination due to the enhanced travel industry. Some people claim this trend has brought a negative effect on local culture along with custom. They consider that some particular areas should be closed entirely to tourists while others deem it will not be lucrative for the internal economy of any state. This essay will discuss both points of view before expressing my own opinion.

There are two ends of the spectrum in this regard. Both of these traits can have devastating effects on a child. In this essay, we shall see why parents put much pressure on their children.
